VERGE Accelerate gives early-stage entrepreneurs tackling energy, buildings, transportation, cities, food, water and supply chains the opportunity to pitch from the main stage of GreenBiz Group’s VERGE 2015 conference happening October 26-29 in San Jose, California. Entrepreneurs who are working on technologies that address both major market opportunities and our most pressing global challenges are encouraged to apply.
Sixteen entrepreneurs will be selected to pitch at VERGE to an audience of 1,500 industry leaders including business executives, government officials and investors, as well as a global online audience. To apply, you must submit a 60-second video explaining the market opportunity your company addresses and why you would like to pitch at VERGE. Selected videos will be posted to GreenBiz.com, where the broader community will weigh in on the final selection of entrepreneurs, which will be announced on September 14.
Company Criteria
- Must be developing technology solutions (commercially applicable products or services) related to at least one of the VERGE domains of buildings, energy, water, food, cities, transportation, logistics or manufacturing;
- Must be incorporated and have a product ready for testing or deployment;
- Must have less than $2M in combined investment and current revenue.
