I am thrilled to invite you to join me for what promises to be a deliciously thought-provoking culinary ideation experience.
Over the past couple of months, I have been working in collaboration with the lovely Jerri Chou and Ben Walmer on an exciting addition to the Feast Conference- a massive Feast on Good!
I encourage you to check out our Tumblr page and the websites of the incredible guest chefs and food artisans (listed below) coming together to make this a memorable event.
BREAKING BREAD: INNOVATING THE TABLE
Friday, October 15, 2010
7 PM – 9 PM
New York, NY
Rather than throwing a party, The Feast Conference is inviting 200 of NYC’s greatest artists, changemakers, government officials, creatives and food innovators to the table for one massive feast on good.
Hosted at the Art Directors Club of New York, the evening will feature a farm to table dinner by guest chefs, supper clubs and vendors that celebrate and exemplify the spirit and energy of the region’s new, burgeoning food movement.
Food for thought will include exploration around innovative new models for food entrepreneurship like the Greenpoint food market incubator, keynote speeches by leading thinkers, and conversations with vendors and farmers.
Our goal? Bring together changemakers from across industries to break bread, break molds and break ground on a better future of food. It’s sure to get you full on good.
