Based on a study performed by Dr. Susanne Holt at the University of Sydney, the Satiety Index ranks how full people feel after eating 240 calorie serving size of 38 different foods. The Glycemic Index measures how carbohydrates affect your blood sugar.
The takeaway? Massive Health recommends eating things high in lean protein and fiber like fish, oranges and All Bran.
